I am looking at soundproofing my rehearsal studio?

i am looking at soundproofing my rehearsal studio in the back garage and wantred to know the best way to go about doing that..I would like it to be 100% sound proof for very loud jam sessions with many musicians ...Thanks

I to would like to do the same in my shed for drums mostly plus the irregular jam. My shed space is 4mx3m and i would like to play drums at night without making enemies.
