how do i stop noise from my neighbours movie system coming thru the wall into my living room

i live in a semi detached house. my neighbour has put their tv and speakers on the wall that we share and when they play their music we can hear it in our living room.

i have laminate flooring in my living room and wmy walls are cavity with plasterboard.

you would need to fit either a independent wall that would take about 6 inches space or a high density acoustic wall wich will take 2 inches
