basement suite very noisy from upstairs how to soundproof?

i live downstairs on the first floor of a house. house built 1998. the upstairs bedroom has an ensuite bathroom which sits directly over my bedroom.i can even hear them going to the bathroom, i cannot sleep, the toilet flushing sounds like a waterfall at 5;30 am which is when they get up. they have now put in a jaquzzi tub and there is now big wet stains on my ceiling. help can this be fixed?
