Upstairs neighbours are driving me nuts...

Hi,

Is there anyway to isolate speakers to reduce noise. My upstairs neighbours wake me up everytime they play music. I don't want to complain too much as in fairness to them the problem is the floor not the loudness...

Thanks,

Richard
